There's a Steam Workshop Downloader (google that and it'll be the first result), not sure if it works with Civ 6's workshop, but if it does then that's an easy way to do it.

This action will open Steam page XCOM 2 Workshop, where you can find and browse all available mods for XCOM 2. When you find an interesting mod, click on it. A new window with more details about selected mod will pop up. In the bottom right corner you can click on the Subscribe button, and the mod will be added to your Subscriptions. I have tried verifying the game cache and making sure all mods are gone from the game, but still they won't download/update even given hours.
Whenever I try to download an Arma 3 mod on the workshop, it will (usually) download right away and download the whole mod at once (again, usually). After a around a week or so, the mod will show up in the launcher. The launcher will then either crash repeatedly until I restart my computer, or the mod will load without issue. After "unsubscribing" (mods are installed by "subscribing") from a Steam Workshop item there are a dozen respective files all around the game installation location and the mod is still active in the game. Is unsubscribing supposed to delete the mod files or do I have to manage local Workshop content manually? I do not want subscribers, since I only put up content when I stumple past stuff and it differs from many things, from gaming to editing to making a sandwich So I make fast and easy "How To Then, log into Steam on your browser, go to the XCOM 2 workshop > Subscribed items. Make sure it's showing the maximum amount of items per page, and then open the bookmark script. This will automatically press the unsubscribe button for every mod currently on the page, give it like 5 seconds, it's pretty fast. How do I actually download the maps I've subscribed to? I hope it doesn't involve going into the actual Portal 2 game, as it's a bit of an inconvenience to have to start it up just to download the maps. N.B. I've left the Portal 2 tag out because I assume all Steam workshop pages work in the same way, and answers will apply to other games as well. Do you have a cracked game that you want mods for? I recently purchased Complete Edition through steam, trying to install my mods through it. ~150 subscribed, now I got to mods, "get mods" it opens the browser but there is nothing I can do Just thought I would share some advice for an annoying bug with Skyrim and the Steam Workshop not working as intended, as I think it's a common problem but I can not for the life of me find people talking about it. I had subscribed to a good 40+ mods in the workshop but whenever I would start the game the mods would never install. General housekeeping too, in case you’re new to the Steam Workshop – just click the ‘Subscribe’ button on the Steam page for any of these you like the look of, and it’ll be downloaded and updated automatically. There are and will be many more best War of the Chosen mods, of course – please do point ’em out below.
Important Do not delete the config files in the game directory, i.e. Steam\steamapps\common\XCOM 2\XCom2-WarOfTheChosen\XComGame\Config - the game will fail to start if you do. Start the game with only the Long War of the Chosen and X2WOTCCommunityHighlander mods selected, as well as the required mods listed in step 4.
